Know your limits! – Are you pushing yourself? Maybe too much? Be honest with your trainer (or yourself) and adjust as needed. It’s good to feel sore but not to be in pain. If you’re unsure of how much weight to be using, speak with a trainer and let them help plan out a routine for you.
