New Clubhouse Approved!

Bonita Bay Club is proud to share an important milestone in the future of our Club.
In April 2026, Bonita Bay Club membership voted in favor of moving forward with the new West Clubhouse.
This vote represents more than approval of a building. It reflects confidence in the continued strength, vision, and future of Bonita Bay Club.
The new West Clubhouse will be a $110 million investment and will include 80,000 square feet under air, designed to enhance the Member experience for generations to come. Planned features include expanded dining options and capacity, enhanced event spaces, a sushi bar, Sunset Lounge, new and updated kitchens to support elevated dining experiences, increased outdoor seating, additional parking capacity including 94 lower-level covered spaces, and larger, improved employee facilities including locker rooms.
Approval to move forward is a meaningful step in maintaining Bonita Bay Club’s position as a premier private club.
The Club is targeting groundbreaking at the end of the 2028 season. A phased construction schedule has been thoughtfully designed to ensure that a substantial portion of the Clubhouse remains available to Members throughout the project.
During Phase 1, the current Clubhouse will remain mostly open, with the exception of the existing Ballroom and Fireside Room. During Phase 2, the first phase of the new Clubhouse will open, providing casual dining options and facilities for table games.
Throughout construction, the Club’s four other buildings — the Breezeway, Golf Pro Shop with terraces, Lifestyle Center, and the new Naples Clubhouse — will remain open to help minimize disruption and continue serving Members.
